Shipping Policy:
Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.
International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees. We are not responsible for tariffs or custom fees. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for international orders to be delivered.
All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) standard shipping. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been shipped. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Return Policy:
All returns must be sent back within 7 days of the packages arrival. Returned items must be in new condition and not worn nor washed. Items must be sent back to the return shipping address on the package label. All returns must include a note that states clearly the order number (found on the invoice that was emailed to the customer when the order was placed) and the requested action, refund or exchange. If the return is due to a damaged item, or a packing error on our part, the return shipping cost will be refunded to you. These refunds will be for standard first class (or air mail) shipping only and will be for no more than the total shipping amount charged to the customer when the order was placed. Packages sent back using expedited shipping will not receive a full postage refund.
When sending an item back for a refund, we will provide the credit to your account in the method in which it was paid. These refunds will appear on your account within one week of our processing the returned package.
Please make sure to send a note in the package that includes your order number and the reason for your return. All returned packages must be mailed to the address noted below:

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. Orders are shipped by UPS (United Parcel Service), When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on UPS
